When using the Rehab Calculator you have 3 options:

1. Total Value: Enter a total value for estimated rehab in section (a) (Rehab Estimate)
   – or –
2. Major sections values: Enter a value for each of the major project sections (Project Startup, Demo, Exterior, Interior and Miscellaneous). These major project section values will total in section (a) above (Rehab Estimate).
   – and/or –
3. Sub-sections values (and/or combination of major section values): Open any of the major project sections (Project Startup, Demo, Exterior, Interior and Miscellaneous) to enter values for subsections of any or all of the major project sections. All of the values entered in the subsections will total to the major project section, which will then add to the other major project sections for a total value in section (a) above (Rehab Estimate). Please note some of the sub-sections can be drilled-down into greater detail by entering values for “sub-sub-sections”.
